We are a family-owned, father-and-son RV park in Paradise, California. Just three months after purchasing the property, the 2018 Camp Fire devastated the town, and we chose to rebuild. Over time, the park has been carefully restored with ongoing attention to the land and landscaping. As dog lovers, we proudly offer a pet-friendly park where people and their families feel at home.
Our Story
What began as a father-and-son project quickly became a true test of resilience. Just three months after purchasing the property, the historic Paradise, California fire of 2018 burned the town to the ground. As true fire survivors, the family chose not to walk away. Instead, they committed to rebuilding—slowly, intentionally, and with heart. Over the years, the park has been restored piece by piece, with every spring bringing new life through continued plantings of trees, succulents, and greenery. Remarkably, one tenant who lived here before the fire is still part of our community today, a testament to the continuity and care behind this place. As a family-owned business—and dog lovers themselves—the park was thoughtfully created to be welcoming to both people and their pets. Today, it stands not just as an RV park, but as a symbol of perseverance, renewal, and community.
